As an acknowledged expert in the administration of budgets, requirements and resources, the team can assist in development of management plans for small or multi-million-dollar operational budgets.

- STRATEGIC PLANNING AND COMMUNICATIONS: Developing sound process of driving alignment between the communications function and the organization's core objectives.
- FUNDRAISING: Build a strong, measurable fundraising strategy that delivers successful, diverse and timely fundraising to meet the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
- OUTREACH: Assist in providing services to any populations who might not otherwise have access to those services offered by the nonprofit. Bring an adaptability at building strong relationships through cultural awareness, honest approach, strong work ethics and integrity.
