Gordon Sumner Consulting, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and American Indian Small Business, supports various nonprofits in the areas of governance, strategic planning & communications, membership reform, government relations, financial administration, Board and Volunteer member recruiting, training and retention, events planning and outreach. The Team can assist with facilitation of group training and education support, resource and operations management. Additionally, the Team can provide Diversity and Inclusion and Sexual Harassment and Assault Prevention training.

Our team brings a globally experienced team perspective with management skills showcasing our ability to lead, manage & train members and volunteers of nonprofit organizations. As an acknowledged expert in the administration of budgets, requirements and resources, the team can assist in development of management plans for small or multi-million-dollar operational budgets.

  • OUTREACH: Assist in providing services to any populations who might not otherwise have access to those services offered by the nonprofit. Bring an adaptability at building strong relationships through cultural awareness, honest approach, strong work ethics and integrity.
